Since founding Montner & Associates in 1998, she has focused on B2B technology accounts. Deb started with New York-based multinational consumer product PR agencies where she worked on new product launches and brand re-positionings for blue chip accounts including Kraft General Foods, Ralston Purina, Richardson-Vicks, Hiram-Walker and Cadbury-Schweppes. From Easter egg hunts at the White House to the "Great American Dog Contest" to put the winner's amateur pet photo on one million bags of Purina Dog Chow (and get $25,000), Deb's years of working on big budget, world class PR campaigns shaped the experience and talent she brings to the firm's technology clients.

Before joining Montner & Associates in 1998, Mike’s career was on the client side in electronics manufacturing and software, serving as a general manager for the previous eight years at $13 billion technology services multinational Schlumberger. Mike has extensive experience as a director of marketing and a product manager, and was an active board director and working group chair of the Smart Card Alliance for five years. He has worked in the POS payment terminal and retail systems industries as well.
